Everything you need to know about this DIY Rustic We Do Wedding Invitations:

What is included:

Personalized invitation card printed on ivory cardstock

A kraft card on the back/frame

Personalized ivory RSVP card with printing included

The main envelope: recycled

The RSVP envelope: recycled

Belly band: natural burlap, twine, and wooden “we do” piece

3 digital proofs included (exceeding the 3 proofs? We can keep working on your proofs just for a $25 USD fee)

Dimensions:

Invitation: 5 x 7 in // 17.7 x 12.6 cm

RSVP: 5 x 3.5 in // 12.6 x 8.9 cm

How it works and How to start ordering:

Add your personalized information in the text box below the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. Alternatively, you can email your wording to hello@paperstudiobyc.com

24/48h after placing your order, you will receive your first digital proof via email. We offer three digital proofs free of charge.

You will receive our personalized customer support to personalize the set as you wish. Simply let us know the changes you would like, and we will provide you with a new digital proof.

When you’re happy with the proofs, we will ask you to proofread again, as a precaution. We will only proceed to print and produce after receiving your final approval.

After getting your final approval, you’ll be provided with an estimated shipping date.

You will receive everything ready to assemble yourselves.

DIY / How to assemble:

Use double-sided tape on the back of the invitation card to attach the kraft frame card onto the backing.

In the front middle of the invitation card, place the blank card (sent to you) horizontally, where the belly band will be assembled.

Wrap the burlap around the invitation card + blank card.

Hold the burlap and wrap it around the belly 5 times and tie a knot on the back of the invitation card/belly band.

Apply hot glue to the wooden piece. Press the wooden piece with your hand and swipe the blank card, as in the video demo. Repeat this part 3 times (pressing the wooden piece and swiping the card).

Production time: 7-12 working days from proof approval.
Shipping: Expedited shipping via FedEx: takes 24/48h to the EU; 2/3 working days to the US; 4/6 working days to other countries.

Important note:
Read this if you’re from the US – We recommend hand-canceling your wedding invitations to prevent the envelopes from tearing. Depending on the state, the shipping cost may increase significantly (US Post Offices offers bulk discounts).
