HOW TO ORDER:

Click on the “Order” option and choose if you want the “Deposit” option to start the process of customizing your wedding invitation suite. If you wish to place your bulk order immediately, select the quantity from the options, and let’s get started! Our customer support and process are the same for both options.

Envelope printing: Choose whether you’d like us to print your envelope with the recipient’s address and return address on your envelopes.

RSVP card: Choose whether you’d like to include an rsvp card + envelope

– Design process: You are part of the design process. You’ll get our daily support during the customization and creative process, and we’ll take the time you need until you’re happy with the results (unlimited emails included)

– Production time: This is the time we need for production after we get your final approval. It usually takes 9/12 working days. You’ll be informed about the expected shipping date for your order.

– Shipping time: Your order is shipped via FedEx (fast shipping method) and usually takes 2/3 days to the US, 24/48h to the EU, and 4/6 days to AU and NZ. You’ll be provided with a tracking number to track your order at any time.

Can the wording be personalized?
Yes. Names, wedding details, timeline information, website details, and other wording will be customized to suit your celebration.

Can the colors be changed?
Yes. The suite can be adapted to coordinate with your wedding palette. Changes can include paper, ink, ribbon, and selected decorative details.

Can I use my own artwork or a different image for the envelope liner?
Yes. A different artwork or image can be considered for the liner and wax seal, subject to image quality and usage rights.

Can the ribbon color be changed?
Yes. Different chiffon ribbon colors are available.

Can the seal be personalized?
Yes. The seal can feature your initials and a different artwork/painting, or another completely different design. We will show you options.

Can I change the shape of the details card?
Yes, the ornate shape is part of the Bagatelle design, and adjustments may be possible depending on the customization requested.

Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. A digital proof is provided during and before we start production so you can review the wording, personalization, and layout.

Can I order additional coordinating stationery?
Yes. Coordinating pieces can be created for the wedding day, including menus, place cards, table numbers, vow books, welcome signs, and other matching details.
